Our Process

After placing your cabinet order through our online portal, we will first prepare a thorough review of your order and reach out with any questions we may have. Once finished, we will move onto Step 2.

Once all cabinetry is confirmed with the customers, your order will move onto the programming stage to be ready for machining. This stage typically takes 1 day, however can take longer depending on order complexity.

Manufacturing your Cabinet parts is a multi step process. Beginning with CNC Cutting, each individual part is cut, then Edgebanded to necessary requirements. Once Edgebanding is complete, your order is moved to the assembly stage.

Assembling your Cabinets starts at the Dowel Machine, where all male fitting parts are Dowelled for assembly. After Dowelling is completed, your Cabinets parts are sorted and moved to the Case Clamp for precision assembly.

Your cabinets will go through a thorough Quality Control check before being moved to our Packaging area to be prepared to either ship or be picked up. Our Order Coordinator will be in touch at this stage to confirm a pickup window.
