  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    1.1. We accept returns for products purchased from Canadian Cabinet Boxes within 15 days of pickup.
    1.2. Returns are only accepted in situations where there is manufacturer damage. We do not accept returns for other reasons such as change of mind or incorrect measurements.
    1.3. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
  2. Return Process:
    2.1. To initiate a return, please send an email to orders@canadiancabinetboxes.com within 15 days of pickup to request a return authorization (RA) number.
    2.2. In your return request email, provide your order number, a detailed description of the manufacturer damage, and any supporting photographs if available.
    2.3. Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review it and provide you with an RA number and further instructions within two business days.
  3. Return Authorization:
    3.1. You must obtain a return authorization (RA) number before returning any products. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
    3.2. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product.
    3.3. Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer service team along with the RA number.
  4. Return Shipping:
    4.1. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    4.2. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during return shipping.
  5. Refund Process:
    5.1. Once we receive the returned product and verify the manufacturer damage, we will process your refund.
    5.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    5.3. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  6. Non-Refundable Items:
    6.1. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is manufacturer damage.
    6.2. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturer damage.
